Ralph Boghossian

Bio

Ralph Boghossian is based between Monaco and Brussels. He is the sixth generation of jewellers and Managing Partner at Boghossian Jewellery House. Born and raised in Belgium, Ralph is also chairman of the board for the Boghossian Foundation in Brussels. The Boghossian House has stores in Geneva, London, Hong Kong, and Gstaad and is recognized by its peers and connoisseur as one of the jewellers ‘reinventing’ jewellery. Ralph’s experience with artist and designers, as well as goldsmith ateliers, cutters and carving workshops has enabled him to develop some of the most innovative technique that the Boghossian House has introduced. Ralph is also involved in his family foundation, which cultivates and values the dialogue between cultures and the beauty, progress and civility that emanates from those exchanges. The ambition of the Boghossian Foundation, based in Villa Empain - a beautiful Art Deco landmark in Brussels, is to create a Center for dialogue and exchanges between Western and Eastern cultures through the universal language of art. Recently, ralph has launched a new project with the Boghossian Foundation called ‘SILA’ to celebrate and promote the traditional craft from the Orient through the contemporary vision of designers and artists. The project will be showcasing its first exhibition in the fall of 2021 and presenting a series of objects resulting from the conversation of the esteemed local artisans and renowned designer.
