I am an Entrepreneur Architect with 13 years of experience in design, design management, and construction management. I founded AccurateLines with my partner Assem Abdin in 2012. AccurateLines a growing multi-disciplined engineering consulting firm that has been providing integrated engineering designs/services for the past 8 years in Egypt and the Gulf Area as well. Since its foundation, We have deeply experienced the Gulf market and have successfully provided complete -Architecture, Interior, and Engineering designs/services for residential, commercial, hotels, multi-use projects, and educational projects. We collaborating with a wide range of clients such as developers, contractors, consultants, and individuals.

The past few years we started focusing more on Egypt market especially in the B2C services related to real estate and construction services, so we founded Elaak Company in 2018 as a subsidiary company from AccurateLines owners and new partners. Elaak vision aims to increase the quality of properties by following a high level of integration starting from selecting the best opportunities, finding/implementing the best design and construction solutions/methods. We believe this integration will positively affect the properties' quality and directly will increase the quality of our life.
