It all started as a great passion for design. As an architect, Basma explored all about architecture and interiors at a young age.
Through her design journey, she found out that interior designing is her main passion. It was her profession for more than 12 years as she worked in one of the biggest consultancy firms in Egypt.
She also participated in many different design projects—from residential to commercial—all around the Middle East and Gulf area.
She traveled to Europe and the US to explore the latest designs and trends in design. Salone Del Mobile exhibition in Milan, Italy was her greatest inspiration during her career path.
Colors and lighting are such an important aspect in interiors, which she also studied in some of the most reputable organizations, such as Philips and NCS Color Academy.
Now Basma is building her new project “The Moodboards”, which is an online consultation program specialized in interior design and interior styling.
For her, working in design and enjoying it has been like a dream come true.
