BMC is formed by a group of leading Architects who were involved in some of the most influential projects in the region (as Independent Consultants and employees for WATG London, CDC Abdelhalim, AT Design, and other renowned design firms). These include projects such as the recently renovated Sheraton Cairo, The Fairmont Towers Heliopolis, the AUC New Campus, and Dr. Ahmed Okasha’s Mental Health Resort at New Cairo.
BMC key architects have over 25 years of experience in this field; including public buildings and large-scale projects comprising all main sectors; hospitality, corporate, public buildings, medical buildings, leisure as well as residential projects.
Our main specialty is hospitality projects, as BMC Key personnel were involved continuously during the last 15 years in hospitality prestigious projects.
We do have a very good knowledge of the major Operators' design standards including Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton & Fairmont, etc.; we have dealt with these standards & we were involved in their implementation. We are familiar with the major Operators' PIP (Property Improvement Plan); how to implemented in order to fulfill their requirements. In addition, we are familiar with the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism new norms in relation to the local hospitality projects.
Furthermore, we have vast experience in dealing with International Owning Companies, International Project Management Firms, and Design firms. We may claim that we do know how to meet their requirements in a timely manner.
Moreover, we do have good experience in preparing Due Diligence Reports.
