About

Muhammad is a Computational Designer and Digital Fabricator focuses on enhancing 3D printing culture and algorithmic design solutions for a better world and specially for his homeland Cairo. He believes in Algorithms, Architecture and Philosophy as a self expression language, as Bernard Tschumi said “the limits of my language are the limits of my world”.
Muhammad graduated from Helwan University, Digital Architecture Department. Practiced computational design and digital fabrication in Dubai and London, participated with MEAN* team in AD Middle East Innovation and Sustainability award winning project "Deciduous", a hybrid 3D printed organic structure, and recently started his masters in Computational Design from University of Ostwestfalen-Lippe.
In 2020 Muhammad started his company Khawarizm, an Innovative Design Studio and Research Collaborative Space that works at the nexus of design and emergent technologies. Khawarizm utilizes cutting-edge algorithms and digital fabrication tools to leverage the quality of futuristic design solutions. Computer Programming, Algorithms, 3D Printing, AR, VR, and CNC manufacturing are some of the technologies we use to provide interdisciplinary solutions that aim for a futuristic design wave starts from Cairo HEADING TO SPACE.
