About
Rasha is an Architect and Interior Designer with over 15 years of International experience.
After gaining a BSc Hons in Architecture from Faculty of Engineering- Cairo University and MSc in Sustainable Design from the British University of Dubai, she joined the Engineering Office of HH Shk. Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum in Dubai in 2005 where she was later promoted to a Design Director and worked as an Architect on many prestigious and award winning projects. Rasha immersed herself in the Worldwide Consultancy experience by joining the international offices of dwp, KCA International, and Hirsch-Bedner Associates in Dubai.
In 2013 Rasha launched her own Studio, Studio KAD, with a team of talented and like-minded Designers and Architects, specializing in Architecture, Interior Design, and Landscape.
Rasha and her team worked to cover projects in the Middle East and Europe. As a team, they work across the Architecture and Interiors spectrum in the fields of Hospitality, F&B, Residential, Lifestyle and Leisure, Healthcare and Corporate. During this time, Studio KAD worked with some of the world’s leading hotel brands, developers and individuals including Kempinski, Marriott, Hard-Rock, Emaar, Lootah, MAF, Mubadala, Aldar, and the Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah Royal Families.
Rasha had succeeded presenting several talks and interesting industry topics at CityScape Global- Dubai and the BIG5- Dubai for the past years. In addition, she is a regular design-segment guest at MBC1 and Al Arabiya channels of Dubai.
