About
Soha Omar, an Interior Architect, is the founder of the Interior Design Studio, The Foundry based in Cairo, Egypt. Soha, started her Design career in Washington DC with the hospitality specialists, Forrest Perkins and Carnemark, a boutique residential design firm. She specializes in commercial and F&B spaces where she brings her globetrotter world to each space. With background in international development and project management, she also worked with Chemonics International, General Dynamics and AECOM.
Soha graduated with an MFA in Interior Architecture from George Washington University, an MA in International Development Management and Planning, from UCL, London and an Bsc. In Business Administration and Management from the American University of Beirut.
Soha enjoys the arts, good food and traveling. She currently resides with her husband and daughter in the suburbs of Cairo.
